charEdit - version 1.1 is released.

Hi all.

The latest version of charEdit,charEdit v1.1 is now released on itch.io. For those who don't know, charEdit is a browser and windows based ASCII art editor and viewer. The new update fixes some minor bug fixes and adds new functionalities to the application. It also implements shortcuts for keys to ease your experience using the application. I'd like to discuss some of the things which have been solved or added to the tool.

1. Fixed invalid index error: This is a bug which you sometimes experience when your cursor accidentally goes out of bounds of the application. It was partially fixed in the first version by checking the position of the cursor and setting it within bounds, but the error continued to pop up somehow in rare cases. The new method completely restrains the cursor from going out of bounds of the array and solves the problem.
2. Added copy row and paste row ability: These buttons allow the user to copy an entire row of the content screen into another. I figured this functionality makes it a lot easier to draw in repeating patterns which cannot be solved by just using fill row functionality, which was earlier thought to solve the problem. 
3. Added clear screen blank button: Earlier, the tool used a clear screen dot function which basically fills the entire screen with dots, the default screen background. This was quite good to clear a drawing but it turned out to be hard for someone to fill the screen again with blank space. Earlier, this had to be done with the continuous down/up and fill row tools combined to fill each row one by one. The new version of the tool solves this problem by integrating the whole process into a single button, thus easing your work.
4. Added keyboard shortcuts for on-screen keys: This feature will help a lot of people navigate easily through the tool buttons with their keyboards without using their mouse. The whole point of this feature is to help more keyboard persons navigate easily through the interface.
5. Added an option to reconsider paste option: One of the worst problems I've faced while using this application was accidentally clicking the paste button instead of the copy button. This was not only frustrating but you would also lose your progress since once you press the paste option, the program automatically considers your current work as completed and clears the canvas for you. That means if you haven't saved your art, it is gone. This was very painful, but not anymore. The new version of the application gives the user a chance to reconsider after they've pressed the paste button. If you accidentally press paste, simply leave the text that is displayed in the pop-up area as it is and close the pop-up. This will prevent your work from being lost.

Overall, this new update aims to make the application more powerful and its interface easier to work with. Even with the new update, the tool is far from being perfect. I am constantly working on updating the application. Here are a few things I'm hoping to include in the next update:

1. Undo and redo buttons : These are of prime importance. I was hoping to implement them this update itself, but couldn't just get around to do it.I'm currently facing some issues trying to implement this mechanic but I'm optimistic I'll be able to add them without any problems soon.
2. Character fill option: I plan on implementing character fill options which basically lets you fill the screen with a character of your choice. I believe this would be a really helpful addition to the tool-set.
3. Character replace options: These options hopefully makes it possible to easy to replace the same type of characters in the content screen with another. I believe this functionality can come in very useful for users.
